Refund policy

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At BIKE31, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

「 RETURNS 」

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases once they have been made. Please check your order carefully before payment.

「 EXCHANGES 」

Showroom Purchases:
All showroom purchases are final and not eligible for exchange or refund. Customers can inspect and try items before purchase.

Online Purchases:
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for online orders. Items may be exchanged for one of equal or lesser value. If the value of the new item(s) exceeds that of the original purchase, customers will need to pay the difference.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
  • Be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Include proof of purchase.

 

To initiate an exchange for an online order, please contact us at info@bike31.com or Whatsapp +65 9188-8310 before sending the item back. Exchanges are subject to inspection and stock availability. Any delivery fees incurred will be borne by the customer. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions:
Exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Sale or Promotional Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Helmets, apparel, and personal-use items once worn or used (for hygiene and safety reasons)

 

「 DAMAGES & ISSUES 」

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement if eligible.

 

EU CUSTOMERS - 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The 14 days begin from the day you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, in original condition, with all original packaging (tags must be intact).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@bike31.com.
